We’re here to help.

At Love Your Life Counseling Center in Utah, I am dedicated to helping ambitious, late-diagnosed ADHD adults who struggle with emotional regulation, self-esteem, and unresolved childhood trauma reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Together, we’ll slow down, soften self-judgment, and rediscover the peace that’s been within you all along.

You may be high-functioning on the outside, yet internally struggling with emotional intensity, chronic self-doubt, or the lingering impact of childhood experiences. A late ADHD diagnosis may have answered questions, but not resolved the shame, nervous system overwhelm, or relational patterns that keep repeating. Therapy here is a space to slow down, soften self-judgement, and develop a more trusting relationship with your emotions and body.

I integrate somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and schema therapy, creating a compassionate and embodied path toward healing. Our work together honors your whole self—mind, body, and spirit—helping you uncover what’s been blocking your sense of balance and belonging. The guiding thread of my work is the belief that you are not broken. You’ve simply learned ways of being that helped you survive. Healing is the process of remembering who you are and learning to trust that truth.

Philosophy

  • Integrative Evidenced-Based Approach to ADHD and Trauma Healing: Our therapeutic methods combine trauma-informed approaches for adults in Utah with the wisdom of somatic and mindfulness-based practices to create lasting emotional and nervous system healing—not just temporary relief.

  • Personalized Approach: You are unique, and your therapy should be too. We tailor every session to your goals, pace, and nervous system’s needs. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating a late ADHD diagnosis, or learning to regulate emotions, you’ll receive care designed specifically for you.

  • Compassionate Care: You are not broken, your nervous system learned to survive. The patterns you struggle with once served a purpose. Healing is not about fixing yourself, it is about understanding your nervous system, reclaiming self-compassion, and learning to respond to life with greater flexibility and ease.

This work honors the whole person - mind, body, and lived experiences.
